Join us for the 5K Better Life 5K Run, now in its 14th year, our event has earned the reputation as on of the best organized races in the Rochester area - attracting hundreds of running enthusiasts, volunteers and spectators each year. This year, our 5K will take place on the paved cart paths at Ravenwood Golf Club - providing a scenic, safe and distinctive running course.

This year proceeds form the Better Life 5K Run will benefit The Diabetes and Nutrition Therapy Center at F.F. Thompson Hospital.
