Directions to the Diabetes and Nutrition Therapy Center

Park in front of the hospital, enter at the front door and the receptionist at the information desk will assist you.
From the North (Thruway Exit 44)
Take 332 South (the Thruway toll booth leads directly onto 332S) all the way into Canandaigua. (It is approximately 8 miles into Canandaigua.) The street becomes Main Street. Follow the Hospital signs to Parrish Street, where you will turn right. Continue to a the hospital, which will be on your right.
From the West (and an easier alternative to the Thruway from the North)
Take either route 64 South (from Pittsford/Mendon) or 444 South (from Victor) until you reach Routes 5&20. Turn left on 5&20, proceed until the road forks (several miles). Take the right hand fork. Turn left at the first traffic light (Bristol Street/Route 21). Take your first right onto West Street. Proceed to the stop sign and take a left on Parrish St. enter the hospital parking area on your left.
From the South:
Take Route 21 North until you cross Routes 5 & 20. Proceed one block past the traffic light; turn right onto West Street. . Proceed to the stop sign and take a left on Parrish St. enter the hospital parking area on your left.
From the East
Take Route 5&20 West until you cross Main Street in Canandaigua. This is a multi-lane intersection. Cross Main Street, proceed up the hill, taking a right at the traffic light on Middle Cheshire Road. At the stop sign, take a right, the hospital parking area is just up the road on your left.
