Senior Fitness Training is a four-week fitness program that will help active seniors maintain a healthy sifestyle, by improving strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.
Training sessions are conducted one-on-one with a certified senior fitness instructor. Prior to training, participants will receive a fitness evaluation; results are used to create a customized exercise plan tailored to the participants’ individual needs. The program also includes a post-test to measure progress.
