Dr. Landgraf joined Thompson Health's Family Practice in Shortsville in the Spring of 2006.

• Postgraduate: Family Medicine Program of the University of Rochester & Highland Hospital, Rochester, NY, Urban Track at Brown Square Health Center, 1988-1991
• Chief Resident, Family Medicine Program of the University of Rochester & Highland Hospital, Rochester, NY, 1991-1992
• Private Practice including Obstetrics & Inpatient Hospital Responsibilities, Farmington Family Practice, Farmington, NY 1992-2006
• Dr. Landgraf is a board-certified physician and is a member of The American Academy of Family Physicians and NYS Academy of family Physicians, including Ontario County Chapter.

Aside from professional endeavors and enjoying time with family, Dr. Landgraf enjoys camping, knitting and traveling.  She is also active in church activities and the Girl Scouts.
