The most important role of the Breast Health Patient Navigation Program is to assure that every person receives a timely diagnosis and treatment. Our goal is to assist with the coordination of care and services and help guide you through the healthcare system.

• Direct you to healthcare services for further diagnosis and treatment
• Provide help with insurance questions
• Assist with coordination of care and help guide you through the healthcare system
• Offer information and referrals regarding insurance options if you don't have insurance
• Provide information about local transportation resources
• Supply referrals and information regarding local resources, supports and services
• Help you get answers to your questions
