Canandaigua Medical Group 335 Parrish St., Canandaigua Monday-Friday: 7:30 am - 5 pm
Thompson Medical Center 1160 Corporate Dr., Farmington Monday-Friday: 7:30 am - 5pm (closed daily from 1 - 2 pm)
Mendon Lab Draw Station 20 Assembly Drive Suite 104, Mendon Monday-Friday: 7 am - 5:30 pm Saturday: 7 am - 11:30 am
