Canandaigua Yacht Club and Canandaigua Lady
This group, sponsored by the Cardiac Rehabilitation Department at F.F. Thompson
Hospital and the American Heart Association, offers education and support
for those living with heart disease. The group is facilitated by Jim Fralick, a heart
attack survivor. This month, Mended Hearts will host “Lunch and Lighthearted
Conversation” with members from the Mended Hearts chapter in Rochester.
There will be a lunch at the Canandaigua Yacht Club at noon, followed by a boat
cruise from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on the Canandaigua Lady. RSVP by September
