impacts your health, the benefits of eating a wholefood/plant-based diet, and how to transition to a healthier diet. The information session is free, and the cost for the four classes is $125. Participants will not be refunded for classes missed (should a participant have an extenuating circumstance, a written request for a refund will be considered).
