Young adults with symptoms are urged to get screened, as research links an increased risk of cancer to the human papillomavirus (HPV). Screenings must be scheduled in advance. Topics to be covered include ACL/meniscal injuries, shoulder dislocations/separations, SLAP lesions and muscle strains, and the presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session.The program is free, but requires registration. She will also discuss the role of physical therapy in decreasing or eliminating symptoms.“So many women – of all ages – deal with these issues, and they really can achieve a better quality of life by seeking help.
