Urgent Care Center

Thompson Health Urgent Care provides acute (but not life-threatening) illness and injury care in a welcoming environment with providers -- doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants -- whose goal is to get you treated promptly and courteously so you can get back to enjoying your life.

Our Urgent Care Center offers evening and weekend hours, digital x-ray services and lower insurance co-pays than an emergency room visit. No appointment is necessary and most forms of insurance are accepted.

What our patients say

It is an honor to care for you and your loved ones. Compliments like these let us know we've lived up t our commitment to provide compassionate, world class care.

“I am writing this letter to extend my sincere thanks to all of the staff affiliated with Thompson Health Urgent Care in Farmington and FF Thompson Hospital. I sustained a spiral fracture to my left ring finger and was seen at Urgent Care. I had surgical pinning of the fracture in the surgical care center at the hospital after that.

I was so pleased with the care I received in both situations. From receptionists to nurses, anesthesiology to surgeon, cafeteria staff to volunteers…everyone was kind, concerned and professional. As an RN myself, I am aware of the medical skill required, but I also know that the personal touch of health care can make a stressful time less difficult.

I honestly cannot think of anything you could have done to improve my experience at either facility.”

“I just wanted to say your organization is great.   I took my ill mother there recently. The service was great.  We didn't have to wait long.  The staff was friendly and considerate. My mother, being elderly, it's hard for her to get around and it was so great you could get her in and out so quickly.  Thanks for having a great staff and facility in Farmington.”

Linda, from Phelps

  ------------

“I was seen at your facility last evening. I want to thank all of you who made efforts to address my health concern so quickly.

Thank you again to everyone who made me feel my concern was important.”

Sheila, from Victor
