.
Q. Who lives in Enriched Living?
A. It is estimated that one million Americans live in more than 20,000 enriched living communities similar to Clark Meadows, across the country. A typical resident is in his/her eighties, either widowed or single. Residents may suffer from some level of dementia, or may simply need help with mobility, incontinence management or other challenges. Enriched living is appropriate for those who desire a residential setting, but need some level of support.

A. A single monthly fee covers all services provided by the community. This fee varies with apartment style and location.
Q. Are there any hidden charges?
A. No. Unlike some communities with multi-tiered pricing, we have adopted a flat rate structure that includes all services outlined in the contract.
Q.  Will the monthly rate be increased in the future?
A. Clark Meadows rates may be increased moderately in the future with a 30-day notice to residents. Any adjustment will be based on a cost of living increase as well as inflation.
