CANANDAIGUA – The Constellation Brands – Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center (CMAC) and Constellation Brands, Inc. are funding a flu clinic on Thursday, Nov. 18, at Gleaners Community Kitchen, located in St. John’s Episcopal Church at 183 N. Main St. in Canandaigua.
Hosted by UR Medicine Thompson Health, the free clinic is for both the uninsured and underinsured, ages 9 and up. It will run from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The standard 2021-2022 vaccine provides protection against four flu viruses. There is also a high-dose option, for ages 65 and up, containing additional antigen designed to create a stronger immune response.
