CANANDIAGUA, NY- Thompson Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan Wilber to the position of Manager of Clark Meadows, the Enriched Living Senior Residences at Ferris Hills and The Brighter Day, Adult Day Services, effective immediately. In her new role, Susan will help ensure effective care for active adults at both settings and facilitate transitions within Thompson Health’s Senior Living Services continuum of care. Wilber is state and nationally credentialed in Therapeutic Recreation. She holds an Associates Degree from Cazenovia College, a Bachelors Degree from Ithaca College and a Masters Degree from SUNY Brockport. Susan is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Management at Keuka College.
