CANANDAIGUA – Registrations are due this Friday, Aug. 3, for MedQuest Camp, an opportunity for incoming 9th-12th grade students to experience the possibilities of healthcare careers.
In conjunction with the Western New York Rural Area Health Education Center, Thompson Health will host the Wednesday, Aug. 8, camp, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on its main campus in Canandaigua.
Students who enjoy math and science can have fun while learning about health careers through shadowing, one-on-one experiences and hands-on activities overseen by a variety of healthcare professionals.
The fee of $35 per student ($15 for children of Thompson associates) includes a scrub shirt, lunch and snacks.
