CANANDAIGUA – Jennifer Gephart recently joined the Farmington location of UR Medicine Thompson Health’s Canandaigua Medical Group Internal Medicine practice.
Gephart is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) who is certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center. She is a resident of Waterloo. At Keuka College, she received her bachelor’s in nursing, her master’s in nursing education, and her post-master’s certificate as an AGPCNP.
At the Internal Medicine location in Farmington, Gephart joins Drs. Wilfredo Cruz and Reihaneh Derafsh as well as Family Nurse Practitioner Katie Schaeffer McCool.
Previously, Gephart worked as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with Finger Lakes Health. She was also a Clinical Instructor in the Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES nursing program in Newark.
In addition, Gephart was both a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor and a Registered Nurse Quality Control Coordinator at Thompson prior to becoming an AGPCNP.
