The Finger Lakes Sports Medicine Symposium is limited to the first 90 registrants.

Pre-Registration is required; no walk-ins will be accepted. No confirmation notice will be sent, but you may confirm your registration by calling Sports Medicine at (585) 396-6050.

Refunds:
Cancellation requests received before March 5 will be refunded in full.

Thompson Health is recognized by NATA Board of Certification, Inc. to offer continuing education for Certified Athletic Trainers in the amount of 6.5 CEUs for attendance of this course.
