The 2019 - 2020 vaccine provides protection against four flu viruses, including the H3N2 and H1N1.

New this year, is a second option for those 65 and older. This high-dose flu vaccine contains additional antigen designed to create a stronger immune response in the person getting the vaccine. The high-dose vaccine protects against three flu viruses.

As we head into flu season, these community partners share a collective goal to ensure that everyone in our community is protected, regardless of insurance status.

The clinic is made possible from donations collected by Constellation employees while they volunteered at CMAC’s Robert Mondavi, Arbor Mist and Corona tents during the 2018 summer CMAC concerts. Constellation Brands is generously matching these donations.

Constellation and CMAC have funded the flu clinic since 2010, raising more than $18,000 for both the flu clinic and the Wilmot Cancer Institute's Sands Cancer Center Patient Needs Fund. The Patient Needs Fund helps Sands Cancer Center patients who are undergoing active treatment and have identified financial constraints. This Fund assists with the unexpected costs of a long illness – providing financial assistance for necessities such as groceries, automobile fuel for transportation to/from medical appointments, and specialized medical needs.
