Pulmonary Disease Management Program

Thompson Health provides a Pulmonary Disease Management Program (PDMP) for people who have disorders affecting the lungs, such as:

  • Asthma
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
  • Pulmonary Fibrosis  

The goal of the PDMP is to improve your quality of life by providing education and aerobic and strength training exercises, to improve your physical health and help you manage your disease.

Fitness and Education

The PDMP program is located in The Fralick Cardiac Rehabilitation and Fitness Center at F.F. Thompson Hospital (right of the Information Desk in the hospital main lobby).

  • Exercise sessions available Monday through Friday
  • Education classes occur every Tuesday

  • This is a self-pay program.
