Senior Fitness Training

Senior Fitness Training is a four-week fitness program that will help active seniors maintain a healthy lifestyle, by improving strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.


Training sessions are conducted one-on-one with a certified senior fitness instructor. Prior to training, participants will receive a fitness evaluation; results are used to create a customized exercise plan tailored to the participants’ individual needs.  The program also includes a post-test to measure progress.

Classes are offered throughout the year at various independent living communities and at Rehabilitation Services in the Constellation Center for Health and Healing, located on the main Thompson Health campus.

  • $120 for the full program; $12 per visit or for testing only

Jeremy is a NYS Certified Athletic Trainer, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Concussion Management Specialist, Impact Trained Athletic Trainer, National Athletic Trainer’s Association and Board of Certification Certified Athletic Trainer, Senior Fitness Instructor, NYSPHAA Wrestler Minimum Weight Certification Assessor, NYS First Aid and CPR Instructor.
