Three-step Process

Step 1 - Mini Assessment
Five to six weeks prior to the exam
A conference call with the examining physician to determine what services the executive is interested in receiving.

Step 2 - Executive Examination
An itinerary sent in advance to the executive with logistics and timeline for services. All services provided are monitored by the Thompson Health Executive Concierge who will escort the Executive during the day.

The Executive Examination includes:

  • A complete and comprehensive medical history and physical examination
  • A full range of preventive screening tests for early detection of cancer, heart disease and other serious problems
  • A cardiovascular fitness evaluation
  • A lifestyle assessment to discuss your approach to nutrition, stress management, personal safety and other indicators of disease risk

Step 3 - Review Results
One to two weeks following the exam
During the time with the physician, preliminary results will be reviewed with the executive. A written summary of results along with recommendations toward achieving health and fitness goals will be mailed to the executive. Also included is a written report sent to the executive’s personal physician.

Out of respect for busy agendas, all Executive Physical services are provided at the Thompson Health campus in Canandaigua.
