CANANDAIGUA – The Dr. Laurie Sands and Constellation Brands Breast Imaging Center at UR Medicine’s Thompson Health will host a community open house on Wednesday, Sept. 23, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Located in Suite 103 at Lakeside Professional Park, 195 Parrish St. in Canandaigua, the Breast Imaging Center is accessed from the drive at 229 Parrish St. It offers leading-edge 3D imaging technology, UR Medicine Imaging radiologists, same-day results and a breast health navigation team.
Staff members will conduct tours of the 7,000-square-foot facility during the open house, which will also feature refreshments and giveaways.
“We are very excited to welcome the community into our new Breast Imaging Center,” says Thompson Health Director of Diagnostic Imaging Wendy Mulholland. “It’s something that will benefit the women of our region for many years to come.”
